Legal Person Identification Number (NIPC) within the scope of the guarantee protection of

the privacy of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”), undertakes to process

fairs in which Levata Tour participates.

example, marketing communications or campaigns and promotions), managed by

basis for processing this data is the legitimate interests of Levata Tour or, when

requested, your consent.

As part of your reservation and/or purchase, Levata Tour may transfer your data:

companies), so that they use them for the purpose of correctly providing each

iv.The processing of your personal data may also be carried out by service providers, who

act on behalf of Levata Tour, namely marketing and digital and social media agencies,

accounting management services, auditors and lawyers, external entities that provide us

with technological services, such as IT platform providers, hosting services, maintenance

and support for our databases.

of compliance with legal obligations or provided that such compliance with applicable

community and national legal standards in this matter is guaranteed.

Your data will be kept by Levata Tour for the period strictly necessary to meet the purposes

mentioned above, except when there are conservation obligations imposed by applicable

legislation, or legitimate interest, which require the maintenance of your personal data for a

longer period.

Your personal data collected for the purpose of management and sending you

communications about campaigns and promotions and kept during the validity period of the

card and as long as you are loyal to the program.
